- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track progress using project management tools
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Onboard new hires and coordinate training programs for administrative staff
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience in corporate settings
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven experience managing executive schedules and complex calendars
- Strong knowledge of office management principles and best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
