Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite proficiency
- Oversee office inventory management, vendor relationships, and procurement processes
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication skills
- Maintain digital filing systems ensuring compliance with data protection regulations

Qualifications
