Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office suite
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance coordination
- Implement digital filing systems and document retention protocols for compliance

Qualifications
