Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule complex executive meetings, including travel arrangements and conference logistics.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional reception experience.
- Assist in the organization of team events and corporate functions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Business Administration) are a plus.
