- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute weekly reports, expense reports, and meeting minutes.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute company-wide events and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a senior administrative or office management role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
