Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Manage general ledger accounting processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in the annual external audit process, providing necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
- Deep understanding of tax regulations, financial compliance, and internal controls.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
