Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily resort operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, control operational costs, and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and resolve complex issues to ensure a memorable stay.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and high-performing work culture.
- Compliance: Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards (HSE, Fire Safety, Local Laws).
- Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote resort offerings and drive occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in senior management roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 4 or 5-star resort setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera, SkyTouch).
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Attributes: A strong passion for service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
