Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety across all areas.
- Guest Experience: Proactively engage with guests to resolve issues, solicit feedback, and ensure every stay exceeds expectations.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and performance monitoring.
- Marketing & PR: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the resort's online reputation and promote special offers.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, health codes, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior management roles within luxury hotels or resorts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong crisis management and decision-making skills under pressure.
