Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort to ensure seamless execution of services and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and staff to foster a culture of excellence.
- Manage guest relations, including handling VIP inquiries and resolving complex complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as local laws.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive occupancy and enhance the resort's brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
