Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all daily resort operations to ensure high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Guest Relations: Proactively engage with guests to resolve issues, anticipate needs, and ensure a memorable stay.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a diverse staff of hospitality professionals.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, control expenses, and analyze financial reports to maximize profitability.
- Marketing & PR: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the resort's online presence and attract international clientele.
- Sustainability: Lead eco-friendly initiatives and ensure the resort adheres to environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury resort or boutique hotel setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language: Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and conversational Bahasa Indonesia.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Cloudbeds.
