Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily resort operations, ensuring smooth coordination between departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B.
  • Manage and mentor a diverse team, conducting regular performance reviews and training sessions to foster professional growth.
  • Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and operational strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and partners to enhance the resort's reputation.
  • Coordinate with the General Manager on strategic initiatives and special events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin (fluent written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record in crisis management and problem-solving.
  • Valid Food Handler and Alcohol Service licenses.
