Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning to drive profitability and growth.
- Guest Experience: Maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction by personally addressing VIP inquiries and resolving complex issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and continuous improvement.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and sales initiatives to increase occupancy rates and brand awareness.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE) and luxury service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in senior management roles within luxury hospitality or tourism.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English (verbal and written); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; exceptional financial acumen.
- Passion: A genuine passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of the Balinese tourism landscape.
