Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring flawless execution of front desk, housekeeping, and F&B services
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service initiatives and complaint resolution
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize revenue streams and operational efficiency
- Implement and maintain brand standards and quality assurance protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Analyze performance metrics to implement strategic improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in team development and operational excellence
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep understanding of Singapore tourism market and luxury guest expectations
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Relevant degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one Asian language
