Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate individualized, evidence-based care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols and physician orders.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status continuously; initiate emergency response protocols when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters, assessments, and interventions in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Qualifications
