Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity care to patients in a 20-bed Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor patient vital signs and interpret complex diagnostic data in real-time.
- Collaborate with attending physicians and surgeons to develop personalized care plans.
- Administer advanced medication protocols and manage specialized life-support equipment.
- Serve as a primary advocate for patient health and emotional well-being.
- Document patient progress with precision using our advanced EMR system.
- Educate family members on patient status and ongoing care expectations.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or ICU setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications required.
- Strong clinical judgment and crisis management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment.
