Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, adjusting treatment plans as necessary in real-time.
- Administer complex medications and intravenous therapies with precision.
- Operate and interpret advanced medical equipment, including ventilators and bedside monitors.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide critical emotional support to patients and their families during high-stress situations.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols, safety regulations, and HIPAA standards.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU, CCU, or high-acuity setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot medical equipment and respond rapidly to emergencies.
