Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and interpret complex clinical data to make rapid, informed decisions.
- Administer medication, treatments, and intravenous therapies according to physician protocols.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary medical team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide critical bedside support and education to patients and their family members.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with hospital standards.
- Respond to emergency situations and cardiac arrests with efficiency and composure.
- Operate and troubleshoot advanced life-support equipment, including ventilators and infusion pumps.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and CCRN certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-intensity, team-oriented environment.
