Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
- Operate and interpret advanced medical equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Respond to emergency situations and perform life-saving interventions promptly.
- Maintain detailed and compliant patient medical records.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an ICU or Critical Care setting.
- BLS, ACLS, and PCCN certifications required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under high-pressure scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems like Epic or Cerner.
