Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in our state-of-the-art ICU.
- Monitor and interpret complex hemodynamic data and physiological parameters to guide clinical interventions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and specialists to optimize patient outcomes.
- Administer advanced medication protocols, including vasoactive drips and emergency life-support treatments.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and education to patients and their families during critical care episodes.
- Maintain meticulous patient records using advanced Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas or an active compact license.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an ICU or high-acuity emergency setting.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Proactive critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered advocacy.
