Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on best practices.
• Monitor patient vitals and hemodynamic parameters, intervening immediately when deviations occur.
• Administer medications and treatments with precision, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timely.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the wider care team to ensure holistic patient management.
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medication regimens, and health maintenance.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere strictly to all hospital safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in New York State (NY).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Critical Care or ICU setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
