Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized chemotherapy administration and symptom management
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans with oncologists, pharmacists, and social workers
- Provide patient education on treatment protocols and side effect management
- Monitor vital signs and respond to acute oncological emergencies
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Lead patient/family care conferences to address psychosocial needs
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN or higher degree (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years of oncology nursing experience
- Oncology Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC)
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
- Experience with electronic health systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and emotional resilience skills
