Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care across all oncology treatment modalities
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatments with meticulous documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including oncologists, pharmacists, and social workers
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and home care
- Participate in tumor boards and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington state
- BSN degree (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years oncology nursing experience
- ONCC chemotherapy/biotherapy certification required
- Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-acuity environments
