Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care to high-acuity patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Administer complex medications and interventions including ventilator management
- Utilize Epic EHR for accurate documentation and care coordination
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention
- Advocate for patient safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active NY RN license with BSN required, MSN preferred
- Minimum 3 years ICU experience with ACLS/BLS certifications
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and critical care procedures
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing education
