Responsibilities
- Provide critical care assessment and intervention for post-surgical and cardiac patients
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding to emergencies promptly
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on recovery procedures
- Maintain strict infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years ICU or cardiac unit experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
