Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized critical care to cardiac ICU patients with complex conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Monitor and interpret patient telemetry data, responding to emergent situations
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care plans including family communication
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research trials
- Mentor new staff through our robust orientation program
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree (or equivalent experience with active enrollment)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience with cardiac specialization
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication abilities
