Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs using advanced cardiac monitoring equipment
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform emergency interventions including intubations, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- 2+ years of ICU or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic EHR system
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
