Responsibilities
- Provide advanced cardiac nursing care including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Administer complex medications and interventions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical observations accurately in Epic EMR system
- Mentor junior staff through our robust preceptorship program
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active NY RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
