Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments and critical interventions in fast-paced emergency scenarios
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care plans including trauma response, cardiac emergencies, and pediatric cases
- Utilize advanced monitoring systems and electronic health records for accurate documentation
- Mentor junior staff through our structured preceptorship program
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Ensure strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active Washington RN license with BSN (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ER or acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Demonstrated crisis management and triage expertise
- Excellent communication skills for high-stress environments
- Commitment to cultural competency and patient advocacy
