Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in 20-bed ICU setting
- Administer medications and IV therapies per protocol
- Monitor vital signs using advanced monitoring systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient progress in Epic EHR system
- Educate patients and families on care plans
- Respond to rapid response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- 2+ years critical care experience
- Experience with ventilator management
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication abilities
