Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill patients in ICU/CCU settings
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and interpret diagnostic results
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Perform advanced life support interventions during emergency situations
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and recovery protocols
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Massachusetts (required)
- BSN degree with 2+ years critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong proficiency in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
