Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients with cardiac conditions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and interpret EKG rhythms and hemodynamic data
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Document patient assessments and care plans accurately
- Educate patients and families on cardiac health management
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- 2+ years of acute care nursing experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with cardiac monitoring equipment
