Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify prime real estate opportunities across NYC.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and superior service.
- Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or leasing process, from initial inquiry to successful closing.
- Show properties, host open houses, and effectively present property features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Negotiate offers and contracts diligently to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and present comprehensive comparative market analyses (CMAs) to advise clients effectively.
- Stay current with local real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Utilize CRM tools and other technologies to manage client interactions and sales pipelines efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within real estate or a related field.
- Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson License is required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the New York City real estate market and its diverse neighborhoods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performance team.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience will be considered.
