Responsibilities
- Actively identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and potential luxury property buyers/sellers.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities in the Miami luxury sector.
- Coordinate and lead exclusive property showings, ensuring an exceptional client experience from initial contact to closing.
- Masterfully negotiate complex sales agreements, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Develop and execute personalized marketing strategies for high-value listings, utilizing Elite Properties Group's premium branding and digital platforms.
- Maintain an organized client database using CRM software, tracking interactions, pipeline progress, and follow-up activities.
- Stay abreast of local zoning laws, real estate regulations, and luxury market developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate effectively with our in-house marketing, legal, and administrative teams to streamline transactions and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in luxury real estate sales, with a verifiable track record of closing high-value transactions.
- Profound knowledge of the Miami and South Florida luxury property market, including key neighborhoods and emerging trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with affluent clientele.
- Strong business acumen, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong digital marketing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
