Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex experiments to develop novel materials and technologies.
- Analyze experimental data using advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, and product) to prototype and validate new concepts.
- Prepare and present technical findings to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain and upgrade laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
- Contribute to intellectual property (patents and publications).
- Identify areas for process optimization and innovation within the R&D lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial R&D setting.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
