Aim Recruit is seeking a dual-focused professional to join our team in the West Region, taking on a hybrid role as a Project Officer (Elevator Division) and Billing Administrator. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of elevator maintenance and installation projects while maintaining accurate financial documentation.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing operational project oversight with administrative billing requirements. You will work closely with site engineers and the finance team to ensure all project milestones are tracked and billed accurately according to contractual timelines.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities for elevator maintenance and installation sites.
- Liaise between technical site teams and management to ensure project timelines are met.
- Prepare, process, and track client billing invoices based on completed project milestones.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site visits, safety reports, and material logs.
- Address billing inquiries from clients and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Update internal tracking systems with real-time project progress and financial status.
- Support the finance department with month-end reconciliation and accounts receivable reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in project administration, billing, or general office support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of billing processes and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of the construction or building maintenance industry is highly advantageous.
