Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract closure
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Oversee supplier performance management and relationship development
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in procurement/sourcing with 2+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced negotiation skills with track record of cost savings
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
