Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of novel AI/ML algorithms and models for complex problem domains.
- Conduct fundamental and applied research, publishing findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
- Drive the full lifecycle of R&D projects, from ideation and experimentation to validation and integration into production systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities and translate research into strategic impact.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML, evaluating new technologies and methodologies for potential application.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of InnovateX Labs' AI/ML research roadmap.
- Present research outcomes and technical insights to both internal stakeholders and external scientific communities.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with a strong publication record in leading venues (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, AAAI).
- Deep expertise in a broad range of AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch), Java, or C++.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects, manage timelines, and deliver impactful results.
- Strong mathematical and statistical foundations, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
