Responsibilities
- Define and drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Aetheria\'s core AI developer platform and LLM APIs.
- Translate complex enterprise requirements and machine learning capabilities into clear, actionable PRDs and user stories.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Design to ship highly performant, reliable, and secure product features.
- Conduct continuous user research and engage with developer communities to build deep customer empathy and uncover unmet needs.
- Establish, monitor, and optimize product usage analytics and KPIs to drive feature adoption, retention, and enterprise platform growth.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to formulate go-to-market strategies, collateral, and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, specifically delivering developer platforms, APIs, cloud services, or B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical literacy with a deep understanding of machine learning workflows, large language models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of taking complex software products from concept to successful commercial launch at scale.
- Excellent analytical skills, including hands-on experience with SQL, Amplitude, and data-driven prioritization frameworks.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional executives and technical leads alike.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly quantitative analytical field.
