Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Support: Manage inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Investigate customer concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions to achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
- Drive Sales & Retention: Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate product value to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Log all interactions and customer data into CRM systems to ensure seamless follow-up and data integrity.
- Adhere to SOPs: Follow established scripts and Standard Operating Procedures to maintain brand consistency and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with quality assurance and training teams to continuously improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Fluent English Proficiency: Native or near-native command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Previous Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or Customer Service environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate CRM software quickly.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think on your feet and de-escalate tense situations effectively.
