Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring first-contact resolution.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to meet departmental revenue targets.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance to maintain high service standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or BPO setting.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelorās degree is a plus).
- Must be willing to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
