Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality resolutions.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Document all interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM systems.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and strict quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to resolve complex escalated issues.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets regarding call handling and sales conversion.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office environment.
