Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades to drive sales.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to call scripts and quality assurance standards to meet KPI targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to resolve complex escalations.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or Call Center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent/native level preferred).
- Bilingual capability (English/Tagalog) is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
