Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive operations management experience in tech or manufacturing
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, and KPI management
- Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Master preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in root cause analysis
