- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for operational initiatives
- Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team through coaching and performance management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all operational activities
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with business objectives and growth strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive experience in operations management, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of optimizing processes and achieving measurable efficiency gains (Lean/Six Sigma certification a plus)
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and operational software (ERP, CRM)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and implement actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities across all organizational levels
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments or multinational companies
- Demonstrated success in building and developing high-performing teams
