Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end operational strategies for 3PL partnerships and in-house fulfillment centers
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, cost per unit) to drive data-driven decisions
- Oversee $2M+ operational budget, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions using predictive analytics
- Automate manual processes using RPA tools, reducing cycle times by 40%
- Mentor operations specialists through quarterly OKR reviews and skill development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in operations leadership with $1M+ budget responsibility
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and warehouse management software
- Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing or 3PL optimization
- Advanced certification in Six Sigma Black Belt or CSCP
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth tech or e-commerce environments
- Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency and dashboard development (Power BI/Tableau)
- Excellent stakeholder management across C-suite and vendor relationships
