Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking rooms and preparing agendas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records and filing systems.
- Handle general office duties such as mail sorting, supply management, and expense reporting.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees and maintaining staff contact information.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
