Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Oversee office inventory procurement, maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and digital communications
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences from conception to execution
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict adherence to data privacy protocols
- Act as primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of administrative support experience in corporate environments
