  • Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (A-GNP).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care settings.
  • Current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR).
