Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical exams, synthesize diagnostic data, and formulate personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions in compliance with state regulations.
- Manage acute and chronic illnesses with a strong focus on preventative health and wellness education.
- Collaborate seamlessly with primary care physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to optimize patient care pathways.
- Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) efficiently to maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date patient documentation.
- Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes to elevate clinic standards.
Qualifications
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) or Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (A-GNP).
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care settings.
- Current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care.
