Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal merchandising plans that align with company goals and market trends.
- Oversee the visual presentation of all retail locations, ensuring brand standards are met across the board.
- Analyze sales data and inventory reports to optimize product assortment and replenishment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product launches and promotional events.
- Train and mentor store teams on visual merchandising techniques and sales floor operations.
- Manage stock levels to minimize shrinkage and maximize inventory turnover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or merchandise planning.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving sales growth.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations.
