In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and operational excellence, ensuring our inventory levels align perfectly with market trends and consumer demand.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our regional expansion, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize stock allocation and maximize sell-through rates across our premium boutique network.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive seasonal financial plans for multiple product categories.
- Monitor and analyze weekly sales performance, identifying opportunities to drive growth or mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with Buying and Marketing teams to align inventory levels with promotional calendars.
- Manage open-to-buy (OTB) projections to ensure optimal budget allocation and stock health.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on store-level performance to refine replenishment strategies.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to communicate inventory status and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Maintain accurate forecast models, adjusting for seasonality, market shifts, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail merchandise planning or inventory management.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macro creation).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP and specialized retail planning software (e.g., JDA, Oracle, SAP).
